Effective date: 2026-08-14. These terms govern use of THANKS KAI Creator Studio. By creating an account, the user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility: users must be legally able to agree to these terms, satisfy TikTok account and age requirements, and use the service for a TikTok account they are authorized to control.
User media and rights: users retain their rights in uploaded media and captions. Users may upload and publish only material they own or have permission to use, including any product, trademark, music, likeness, and advertising rights.
Explicit user control: Creator Studio does not silently publish. Direct Post requires manual privacy, interaction, commercial-content, policy, music, and final confirmations. Inbox Draft requires a separate acknowledgement that the user must open TikTok to edit and finish posting.
Accuracy and disclosures: users are responsible for captions, product claims, artificial-intelligence labels, commercial disclosures, branded-content settings, privacy choices, and compliance with TikTok rules and applicable law.
Prohibited use: users may not upload unlawful or abusive material, publish without authorization, impersonate another person, share credentials, evade platform controls, interfere with service security, scrape the service, or attempt to access another workspace.
Availability: preview generation and publishing depend on third-party systems including TikTok. Features may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or rejected by TikTok. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, reliability, or platform compliance.
Disclaimer and liability: the service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every upload or post will succeed. To the extent permitted by law, THANKS KAI is not responsible for losses caused by user content, third-party platform decisions, or events outside reasonable control.
Suspension and termination: users may delete their account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or material breach of these terms. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
Changes: updated terms will appear on this public page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
